Data Linkleaders has established and maintains processes to make employees at each relevant function / level aware of the importance of conformance with the quality policy, the significant impact of their work activities on quality,actual or potential, their role and responsibilities in achieving conformance with the quality policy and procedures, and the
potential consequences of departure from specified procedures. When training is necessary to aid achievement of the required competence, classroom training (internal or external) and on-the-job training is provided to staff.
